We will need a primary contact name, phone number and email address to send the service reminder and the deficiency letters. Fire protection contractors are required to upload all ITM reports to www.thecomplianceengine.com
Clackamas Fire – Fire Marshal’s office reviews all reports uploaded for our area. If there are no violations/deficiencies, the report date and the next service date are updated in your file. If there are violations/deficiencies, an email or letter will be sent to you. When the contractor has made all necessary repairs and uploaded a repair report, your file is updated to compliant status. The next letter you receive will be a reminder when the service is due again. If this is not completed, you will continue to receive letters of deficiencies until the fire protection contractor has completed their task, uploaded the report, and released it to Clackamas Fire for review.
Clackamas Fire and Brycer-The Compliance Engine does coordinate a cost share for each report. Each ITM system report submitted by the fire protection contractor is $30.00. $11.05 goes to Clackamas Fire as a review fee.
