New Construction Resources
The Fire Marshal’s Office of Clackamas Fire District #1 provides comprehensive fire code plans review and inspection services for new commercial construction projects, and limited plans review for one and two-family dwellings. We also review proposed subdivisions, partitions and other land use applications for fire code compliance. Our service area covers five cities and numerous communities in unincorporated Clackamas County.
The current fire code in Clackamas Fire District #1 is the Oregon Fire Code based on the International Fire Code. In addition, our Fire Code Applications Guide is available to assist with design of access roads, fire flow requirements and hydrant placement.
