Board of Directors Meeting – Jan. 24, 2022

The Board of Directors for Clackamas Fire District #1 will hold a regular board meeting, followed by an executive session on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Agenda items for the regular board meeting will include a presentation on the post-season of the 2021 Operation Santa program, request for board approval of Resolution 22-01 adopting and appropriating a supplemental budget for fiscal year 2021-2022, and an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(a) to discuss a personnel matter.

Civil Service Chief Examiner Position Open

Clackamas Fire District #1 is seeking applicants to fill the position of Civil Service Chief Examiner. This is a volunteer position with no salary or benefits. The appointment is for a four-year term position which expires in April of 2026. Those interested in obtaining an application may find it on the Fire District’s website at www.clackamasfire.com or by contacting the Civil Service Secretary at amanda.neelands@clackamasfire.com or by phone at 503-742-2669. This vacancy will remain open until filled. The Commission will interview applicants and appoint a Chief Examiner at the meeting on April 13, 2022, or once an application has been received.


Civil Service Commissioner Position Open

Clackamas Fire District #1 is now accepting applications to fill a vacancy on its Civil Service Commission. This uncompensated position will be filled by appointment of the Clackamas Fire Board of Directors. The appointment is for a four-year term position
which expires in February 2026. Those interested in obtaining an application may find it on the Fire District’s website at www.clackamasfire.com or by contacting the Civil Service Secretary at amanda.neelands@clackamasfire.com or by phone at 503-742-2669. The application period will remain open until filled. All applicants must interview with the Board of Directors before appointment.
