Understanding the Fire Marshal’s Office Flat Rate Fees
Clackamas Fire District #1 has experienced a significant rise in costs associated with personal protective equipment, station and apparatus repairs, maintenance, purchasing of equipment, and supplies. To assist in offsetting these expenses, Clackamas Fire District #1 Fire Marshal’s Office has adopted flat rate fees for service and the development of a new permit process. The flat rate fees were approved by the board of directors at the April 18, 2022 board meeting through Resolution 22-01, amending Ordinance 18-01. The flat rate fees will take effect July 1, 2022.
