Training Offered
Training consists of a variety of methods including individual fire and EMS skills, company performance training and battalion drills in district – to name a few. In district battalion drills keep the crews within their response area while they train instead of driving to a central training location. This allows them to quickly respond to 911 calls in their area while still being able to train and improve their skills.
In addition the in-house training, opportunities are available from outside organizations all across the region. Courses range from firefighting skills, driver training, incident command, EMS and more.
