Facility Improvements and Emergency Generators across the Fire District

Project Statuses: COMPLETED

Station 1 – Town Center received a total roof replacement, new HVAC units, and emergency generator.

Station 2 – Milwaukie received an emergency generator, cost shared by City of Milwaukie.

Station 3 – Oak Grove received a roof replacement and all windows were replaced.

Station 4 – Lake Road divided three dorm rooms into six smaller dorm rooms.

Station 5 – Mt. Scott divided three dorm rooms into six smaller dorm rooms.

Station 8 – Clackamas received an emergency generator.

Station 12 – Logan (volunteer station) received a seismic grant for upgrades to the station, new roof and fascia board.

Station 13 – Clarkes (volunteer station) received a seismic grant for upgrades to the station, paved the parking lot and some additional windows in the living quarters.

Station 15 – John Adams received a new roof and HVAC units.

Station 17 – South End received modifications to the apron in front of the fire station and repair the apron/sidewalk that is too steep for the apparatus.
