Built in 1993 as part of the Public Safety Building, Station 2 serves the City of Milwaukie as well as the Ardenwald, Linwood, Lewelling, Island Station, and Hector-Campbell neighborhoods.

The station staffs Paramedic Engine 2 with twelve career personnel that work three separate 24 hour shifts. Each shift has a company officer (a lieutenant or captain), an apparatus operator, and a firefighter. The station also houses Rehab Bus 2.

Station 2 responded to 1,686 calls for emergency service in the calendar year 2007.
